Tom Gichuhi is the Executive Director of the Association of Kenya Insurers (AKI). He has over four decades of technical, managerial and leadership experience in the insurance industry where he has served in various senior positions.

He currently serves as Board Trustee of the Policy Holders Compensation Fund.
