Fred Ruoro is the Managing Director of CIC General Insurance Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Nairobi. He is a senior Certified Insurance Professional from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute. Fred holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and is a member of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK).

Fred is a member of the General Insurance Council and is also the Convenor of the Statutory and Legal Affairs Committee at AKI.
